San Antonio, TX (May 16, 2024) – Emergency crews were requested at the scene of a motor vehicle accident that occurred on Wednesday morning in San Antonio. The Texas Department of Transportation informed law enforcement of the accident at around 8:40 a.m. on May 15.
Police reports show that vehicles collided on US Highway 281 S. near Sunset Road. The incident caused stop-and-go traffic that extended down the highway. Paramedics responded to the scene of the crash to provide care to the injured victims. An unknown number of people required further medical care and were transported to area hospitals. At this time, the incident is under investigation.
