Austin, TX (March 30, 2024) – The Austin Travis County EMS responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident in which two people were hurt. Law enforcement was notified of the accident at around 4:40 p.m. on March 29.
According to official reports, a collision involving two vehicles took place in the 4200 block of Texas State Highway 71. The impact of the crash caused one of the involved vehicles to overturn on the eastbound side of the roadway and eject at least one person. Emergency crews arrived at the scene and located two injured victims. Both victims were treated at the scene and transported to St. David’s South Hospital for emergency care. At this time, the incident is under investigation.
