San Antonio, TX – Woman Killed in Head-On Crash on Culebra Rd

San Antonio, TX (April 29, 2024) – The San Antonio Police Department confirmed that 75-year-old Isabel Sanchez lost her life as a result of a fatal accident reported on the west side of San Antonio. Authorities were informed of the accident on April 26.

Official reports indicate that a head-on collision involving a white sedan and a black sedan took place at the intersection of Culebra Road and Rogers Road. The white car was traveling westbound at the time of the accident when the driver attempted to make a left turn when the two vehicles collided. A 75-year-old woman involved in the accident, identified as Sanchez, was severely injured. She was transported to an area hospital, where she died from her injuries. At this time, the incident is under investigation.
