San Antonio, TX (April 24, 2024) – Emergency crews were summoned to provide assistance at the scene of a motor vehicle accident that occurred on the west side of San Antonio during the early morning hours on Tuesday, April 23.
Just before 7:00 a.m., a pickup truck, a white SUV, and one additional vehicle collided on the eastbound side of Highway 90. The incident blocked multiple lanes of the road near North Gen. McMillan Drive. Multiple police officers and fire trucks responded to the scene to secure the area. A tow truck was requested on-site to assist with removing the involved vehicles. Emergency medical services treated injured victims while on site. At least one person was transported to a local hospital for further medical care. At this time, the incident is being investigated.
