Austin, TX (October 26, 2023) – The Austin Police Department confirmed that one person died as a result of a crash on the Northwest side of the city.
APD and the Austin Travis County EMS responded to the scene of the accident at around 3:40 p.m. on October 22.
According to reports from the police, two vehicles collided on Corpus Christi Drive in the area near West Parmer Lane during the afternoon hours.
Two people suffered injuries due to the crash. One of the injured victims was pronounced deceased on-site. The second victim was transported to St. David’s North Hospital for emergency care.
The crash is being investigated by the police at this time.
