Austin, TX (April 13, 2024) – A two-vehicle accident reported in the Austin area on Friday evening ended in injuries. The Austin Police Department, Austin Fire Department, and Austin Travis County EMS responded to the scene of a major accident that occurred in the 6700 block of Brodie Lane at around 4:00 p.m. on April 12.
Official reports indicate that two vehicles collided on the roadway near Allegro Lugar Street. The impact of the collision caused one vehicle to roll over. Two ambulances were requested at the scene to render aid to the victims. One person was extricated from their vehicle and treated for injuries while at the scene. Both victims were declared trauma alerts and transported to St. David’s South Hospital for emergency care. A third victim was treated for injuries while on site. At this time, the incident is being investigated.
