Fatal Pedestrian Accidents in Texas

Fatal pedestrian crashes in Texas claim hundreds of lives each year. Far too often, these fatal accidents have an overwhelming impact on families. Surviving family members are often forced to deal with overwhelming financial burdens. They must pay funeral costs and burial expenses, deal with the lost earning capacity, and more.

The truth of the matter is that it can be incredibly difficult to move forward after losing a loved one in a fatal collision. This makes it critical to pursue a wrongful death claim against the responsible party. After losing a loved one, you must be able to prove negligence existed at the time of the accident in order to file your claim successfully. This involves proving the cause of the crash.

Common Causes of Fatal Pedestrian Crashes
