San Antonio, TX (February 6, 2024) – A man was left critically injured following a pedestrian accident that occurred on the west side of San Antonio early Monday morning, February 5. The San Antonio Police Department and firefighters were called to the scene of the accident at around 1:15 a.m.
According to SA PD reports, a man and a woman, both in their 20s, were walking on old Highway 90. For reasons unknown, the man was struck by a vehicle. The man was ejected from the roadway and landed in a grassy area. The driver of the vehicle fled the scene of the accident. The man suffered critical injuries in the accident. He was rushed by ambulance to an area hospital for emergency care. The San Antonio Police Department is investigating.
